CHEESMAN PARK

The 'have it all' lifestyle, Cheesman Park is the ideal neighborhood for the urbanite who wants to be close to downtown Denver and have some green space to go for a run, layout in the sun or walk the dog. Whether you are a table for one or a large family, Cheesman Park is diverse and desirable with a variety of housing, from condos to mansions. But they all can come at a bit of a premium.

The Cheesman Park neighborhood is well known for the actual 80-acre park, which used to be Prospect Hill Cemetery. The park was renamed in honor of Walter Cheesman whose family donated the funds for the neoclassical pavilion on the east side of the park bordering the Denver Botanic Gardens.
